[BCU Bests] I Liked You Better Fat
🕑 Added 2024-04-09 18:44:00 +0000 UTCI've been writing for a long, long time.
There is a large chance that, if you're following this page, you haven't read everything that I've ever written - mostly because it's scattered across various websites, or it isn't easily compiled, or so on and so forth.
So, as a treat for my free members and my more game-oriented subscribers, I want to change that! At least once a month (until I run out) I'll be taking some of my favorite stories released to the public and re-releasing them in a way that's more (pardon the pun) digestible. This way I get to showcase some of my favorite works, and you guys get to read something you may have missed!

I Liked You Better Fat (originally written in chapter-length increments throughout 2021) is a story about friendship, manipulation, and getting back into the swing of things.
Avery, Cheyenne, and Brooke have been friends since they were kids - it helps that they've always shared the same interests. Movie nights, lazy days on the couch, fancy coffee, and takeout abound!
But when Cheyenne loses weight, thanks in no small part to the support of her physical trainer Riley, she and Avery come to blows over the household's lazy lifestyle. Cheyenne is just no fun anymore, and all she does is fight with her friends! As far as Brooke and Avery are concerned, she's turned into a real skinny bitch!
If only, Avery finds herself thinking more and more, if only Cheyenne had never lost weight. Things were so much better when Cheyenne was fat!
Well, Avery might not be able to turn back the clock, but she can still help set things right, right?
After all, if Cheyenne gets fat again, surely things will go back to normal...

I don't know about a reboot - the Buttercombe Academy setting has pretty much been retired these days. But I do have an idea for a text-adventure game that I've been mulling around for a while. Maybe I'll get around to working on it after all my other big projects are finished!

Sounds like there might be a need for a reboot? Maybe a Bobo-verse text adventure somewhere down the line….hmm……..HMM?!

I appreciate the interest! But unfortunately, it really is long lost lol. The game was on an old hard drive on an old PC that crashed a few years back.

Would games be on the table too? I keep hearing about a long lost Buttercombe text game made in Quest.
