I am currently in a phase of... weariness with habits.
I have been drawing Ferals and writing stories for 20 years now, always adhering to the rules of the real world. There was never any magic, there were never any mythical creatures, and the body sizes of certain characters had to correspond to their race.
Now that I am finally experiencing some variety, I would like to take a break from the old, dry stories.
But that would mean I would also have to pause the story of Riu “A New Home,” since there is no fantasy world and everything is based on natural rules. (Otherwise, I can throw the whole concept in the trash.)
I'm working on my passion project on the side: “Shadows from the Deep.” I know it's not at all what my fans are used to, because it's more in the fantasy/anime genre. Even though there are anthros in it from time to time.
I had considered posting picture stories about my character Louis from time to time to show a little more of him, as I had really enjoyed role-playing with him in the past and it gave the character more depth.
That, in turn, would be furry, and it would also be NSFW (even though it doesn't have any ferals).
Would you want to see and support something like that?
I don't want to pause the story for “A New Home” because I was looking forward to this SFW project and it's just getting going. But as I'm trying to explain... I've lost my enthusiasm and passion over time.
I still love ferals. But the stories about them have become boring to me :(
Can you understand that?
I know that I could actually draw whatever I want, which is what I do with my anime/fantasy project. But I also want to offer my supporters something they can look forward to, something that I also enjoy.
Now I would like to hear your opinion on this, without making a decision yet. But of course, it would be easier for me to put a project on hold and start a new one with new energy if I know that you are interested.
Don't worry, there will still be monthly wish votes and art raffles!

Ich befinde mich gerade in einer phase der ....überdrüssigkeit von gewohnheiten.
20 Jahre zeichne ich jetzt Ferals und an den Geschichten und halte mich dabei immer an den regeln der echten Welt. Es gab nie magie, es gab nie fabelwesen, die Körpergrößen bestimmter charaktere mussten sich der rasse entsprechend verhalten.
Jetzt wo ich endlich Abwechslung erlebe, mag ich eine Pause von dem alten, trockenen Geschichten haben.
Was aber bedeuten würde, das ich auch die Geschichte von Riu " A new Home" pausieren müsste. da es da keine Fantasywelt gibt und alles auf natürlichen regeln basiert. ( sonst kann ich das ganze Konzept in die Tonne hauen)
Ich arbeite ja neben bei an meinem Herzensprojekt. " Shadows from the Deep". Ich weiß, es ist überhaupt nicht das, was meine Fans gewohnt sind, weil es eher in die Fantasy / Anime Schiene geht. Auch wenn hin und wieder Anthros drin vorkommen.
Ich hatte überlegt hin und wieder Bildergeschichten über meinen Char Louis zu posten, um etwas mehr von ihm zu zeigen, da ich das Rollenspiel vergangener Zeit mit ihm sehr genossen hatte und der charakter dadurch auch mehr Tiefe bekommen hat.
Das wiederum wäre Furry, Es wäre auch nsfw. (auch wenn es keine ferals hat)
Würdet ihr so etwas sehen und unterstützen wollen?
Ich pausiere die Story um " a new Home" ungerne, da ich mich auf dieses sfw Projekt gefreut hatte und es gerade erst in Schwung kommt. Aber wie ich versuche zu erklären .... die Luft und Leidenschaft ist mir über die Zeit verloren gegangen.
Ich liebe Ferals immernoch. Aber die Geschichten um diese sind mir langweilig geworden :(
Könnt ihr das nachvollziehen?
Ich weiß das ich eigentlich Zeichnen könnte was ich möchte, das mache ich ja mit meinem Anime/Fantasy projekt auch. Aber ich möchte meinen Unterstützern auch etwas bieten worauf sie sich freuen können, worin ich auch meine Freude habe.
Jetzt würde ich gerne eure Meinung dazu hören, ohne das ich schon einen Entschluss treffe. Aber natürlich würde es meinem Herzen leichter Fallen, ein Projekt ruhen zu lassen und ein neues mit neuer Energie anzufangen, wenn ich weiß das Interesse seitens von euch da ist.
Monatliche Wunschvotings und Artraffels gibt es trotzdem noch, keine Angst!

Yes, but the fox wasn't magical. :/ That's why it would just be feral again, even if there are tentacles.

Some magic feral stuff could also be fun. The one with the fox getting taken by the tentacle creature was one of my favorites
