Just beautiful, thanks for bringing us along. Every time you quench something in oil in a glass jar I imagine quenching maybe a 3 lb hammer head in oil in a big glass bucket, and videoing, -- better try that outside, should be exciting! Thanks again.
Tim Barber
They mentioned you on the Joe Rogan experience! #2231

You have no idea how beautiful and exceptionally well made, for a watchmaker like me, your whole process and execution is to watch. You pour incredible amount of detail and care to the high horology with all the polishing. I am extremely excited to see the next video!

Wow, what an amazing display of workmanship. We can tell you truly live your work. Thanks for everything, Chris.

Absolutely gorgeous work. True eye candy.

Excellent video thanks so much ... Have you tried non-Swiss synthetic ruby bushes?

Love that you've been showing that these techniques are accessible to many hobby machinists! Great work!

Went and looked up Rexhepi. I see what you mean :) In an interview with him, he mentioned Philippe Dufour's finishing as an inspiration; but he's taking it up a level.

Thank you mate, I like that style too. I love Rexhep Rexhepi's take on it in particular, he really leans into making that curve as large as it can be - Cheers :)

Thank you Chris! Truly, I love your work and hope you enjoy it as much as we all do!
Duncan Luddite
Beaudiful ! I like the fact that you're going for a curved Anglage (shades of Philippe Dufour), and not flat, and as the light plays around it, while you turn the piece, it looks bang on the whole way. So how long have you been sneakily practising that? Love it.
Clickspring
Thanks Sean, let me know if it works ok now - Cheers :)

Thanks Luke :)

This sounds as if you're working your way up (or down?) towards a fully homemade pocket watch. XD

Absolutely Chris it’s truly such a pleasure to watch your videos as a hobbies watchmaker myself. I absolutely love your attention to detail and the quality you always strive to produce. I gotta say the Anglage you on is those components is what I would expect to see an a Patek Or JLC movement! Just amazing Chris
