With the rework of November:
Along with 2 months ban system, options that suits well the winning character of the first poll may be added to the poll regardless (As long as it's not dominating the monthly polls and taking away variety). With the November rework to promote variety: 5 themes will be provided each time according to the character that won instead of all of them being available every time.
