Special Announcement [ regarding works in progress ]
🕑 Added 2023-12-27 03:29:25 +0000 UTCHey everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!
I thought I'd make this announcement to let you guys know more about the animation works including the recent Sasha animation I've made this month.
The WIP on the title screen is as you can see, almost ready for you guys to enjoy. That said, I feel there needs to be some things you guys need to understand about the creative process for these projects.
Going into Sasha's animation project, I started making drafts for this sometime late last month thinking it will just be another wallpaper material but gradually I made changes to this and eventually hired a Japanese voice actress and a sound editor.
I want you guys to know that this project isn't normally possible under a month deadline. Not only do I commit a lot of time into the art but also prepare it as optimized assets for Live2D, the animator spends quite a while on rigging everything to perfection. That's usually where the creative process stops at but we went an extra mile this time.
The finished animation then got sent to a Voice Actress who I had to prepare a script for and through a lengthy discussion we would fix the script to fit the scene and she would prepare samples which I would give feedback until we get it just right.
Right now, the finished voice files and the animation have been sent off to a Sound Editor who will get back to me sometime today with more samples to go over and confirm.
So yeah this is a 4 man raid team for a short 1 minute project. God knows how some of my peers in this field manage.
Since I drew her with Christmas theme in mind, I got a bit ambitious and made some rush orders for all of these commissions for the project.
So, why am I telling you guys all this?
I think it's important to emphasize that this isn't the norm, rather an exception. As much as I enjoyed working on this I don't think I can make these on a monthly basis. Consider it an irregular project you'll see from me time to time.
Having said all that, I'm drafting some plans to make them in the future. It might take longer than a month or two to make one animation project but I might consider making one that is longer with other scenes for a single character. It would be a bigger project but I think this way I can guarantee quality over speed. At the moment I'm considering some options as there are lot more variables to consider other than myself since this requires 3 additional experts for one project.
=====================
And regarding Furina's live2d Wallpaper.
It's all finished and posted on my Gumroad but because you guys will be getting Sasha animation and wallpaper in the coming gumroad reward, it will not be included in the reward.
Live2D and Gumroad
Live2D projects in the future, starting 2024, won't be included in the usual Gumroad rewards and instead they'll be created into a standalone Reward on it's own. Starting next year, I'm considering making a new higher tier that will get these whenever it becomes available but more on that when I finalize my plans going forward.
I know this has been a lengthy read for all of you and if you've read up to this part, let me share a sneak peek into what else I'm planning to make as content next year.
I'm thinking of starting Sasha's lewd streams and adventures, For Your Eyes Only
Currently in the works and I'll update more as I build a concrete plan on what I'll be making with this. Maybe it will eventually branch out into it's own thing haha.

This is exciting! At the same time, also kinda worrying. Make sure to pace yourself accordingly, and get lots of nutrition and rest, Foxy!

Those high effort animations would be good once or twice a year. You already do so much, dont push yourself too much. Awesome work as always! Happy holidays! 🎄
