Just in case anyone is still confused by EP 3, Dongeun and the Stalker Lady found out that the director and his driver were boyfriends/lovers and that he also wanted to include him in his inheritance. Dongeun first thought it was a woman, but with the Stalker Lady's video, that's how they found out it was actually a male lover. So knowing this info, Dongeun went to the director, threatened him of spilling out the info to his family and in exchange for her silence, that's how she got the job as a teacher at the school.
