mopoga is maintained by the people that run that site. I don't know how to make websites. If you don't have any other way to play the game you can send me a copy of your save. I'll edit it to add a bunch of charge/money and send it back to you. That way you'll get the benefits of the cheats even if you can't download the game to play locally.
