The world of Bergman & Knightley is not only restrictive for many of the young me who enter its circle, but also for the ladies who run the various departments.
Once the contracts are signed any of the department heads who slip in their commitment are subject to the same "relocation" as the junior staff.
However this is the first time we have ben allowed access to witness the process of Mannefication .

Leading by example is (one of) the motto(s) at B&K! And anything asked the boys, a supervisor can do better, even accepting the verdict for their mistakes ! 😍

It's a tough job, but someone has to do it. Who else will 'man' the window displays, taking one for 'the team' is whispered in the hallowed halls of the B&K sisterhood.
