It will be, but I don't want to overwhelm the reader with that much of an info dump in one chapter.

There was a lot of backstory shared here. I enjoyed it, but i also felt that a lot of the things that Jake was explaining about his situation felt a bit "abridged" and might need a bit more explaining for the reader's sake.

I am remined of the movie "Fortress" 1992. When the main character was dreaming of having sex with wife he was woken up by the computer warning of a "Inappropriate Thought Crime". But yes - it does sound like Earth has gone to Shit.. And I still wonder why Max's people still want it.

Well worth the wait, although I thought they would be doing more interesting exploration. So that is Jakes story. I am really interested to hear Max's story - although he keeps dodging the subject. It is going to be difficult without an AI saying "Dishonesty Detected" or "Sexual Arousal Detected".
