Current content ends right after talking with Hagne in the magic shop after being cursed, concluding the intro for the game. The only changes from the patron version posted at the start of the month is updated tileset settings and extra generic NPCs to fill out Kodu (the majority of which have no dialogue or anything).
The next patron release (v0.15) will be at the end of this month or the very start of the next.

No. They mostly seemed too messy and chaotic to me. I've always preferred regular forums.
