Lol, you are right about that ๐This is such a good salad! ๐ Let me know if you try it I'd love to hear your take. FYI... this makes a really big batch so if you are feeding one and don't want to eat it all week I'd cut the recipe in half.
I was just rereading the title part, 'Cooking Naked Uncut'. Uncut doesn't refer to being careful with your chef's knife lol. No, it's another way to declare how good you look while you present your goodies to your Sparkling Rubies. Coincidentally I just brought 5 cans of black beans back home yesterday. What timing! ๐
