Ok. I'm gonna make a big guess and say the core is finally handed over along with the message and those are Arthur's thoughts. Or....OR (going out on a limb here) it's Nico's thoughts about Melzri and Viessa. Ok, never mind. No that I think about it, it's more plausible for it to be Cecilia's thoughts about the two Scythes. Or is it? *Vsauce intro starts playing*
Just an idea- maybe Arthur thinking about Seth and Mayla? Seth seemed pretty confused and irked in the last chapter, and Arthur did seem like he intended to talk to them again.
