Lisa (October 14th, 1994) became a paraplegic after a car accident when she was 24 years old. Before the incident, she was already deeply immersed in the fitness world, and after her injury, she refused to abandon the passion that defined her. Now a certified personal trainer at a local gym, Lisa continues to push limits her own and those of her clients with an intensity and boldness that are hard to ignore.
Accident
Lisa’s journey into the fitness world began long before her accident. She spent years sculpting her body and building her knowledge, working as a personal trainer with a small but loyal client base. Her days were filled with reps, routines, and motivation until one evening, while driving home from a late session, her car was struck by a distracted driver.
The impact was brutal. Emergency services arrived quickly, but the damage was done. Lisa sustained a complete spinal cord injury at the T9 level, leaving her paralyzed. The transition from a life of mobility and strength to one of sudden limitation was emotionally devastating. She spent weeks in the hospital, followed by grueling months of rehabilitation.
But even as her legs fell silent, her resolve grew louder.
Lisa approached her recovery like training for a championship. She learned transfers, mastered wheelchair mobility, and began adapting her fitness knowledge to her new body. Though her lower body would no longer respond, her spirit, and her upper body became stronger than ever.
Appearance
Lisa has a powerful yet striking presence. Her most defined features are her muscular arms and shoulders, built through years of rigorous training. Her upper body is strong and confident, in sharp contrast to her slender, motionless legs. The effects of paralysis are very visible in her lower body, her legs are thin, lacking tone, and her feet often rest limp and turned slightly outward on her footplate.
Lisa is 155 cm (5’1”) tall, and she wears her blonde-brown hair tied in a low ponytail. Her green eyes are vibrant and expressive, often glinting with mischief.
Personality
Lisa isn’t the shy type, far from it. She’s flirtatious, cheeky, and occasionally crosses into pervy territory without even realizing it. Her boldness makes her magnetic, but it also tends to overwhelm people who aren’t ready for her directness.
In the gym, Lisa is a beast, confident, clear, and demanding. She knows her craft, and she doesn't let anyone slack off under her supervision. She’s playful, forward, and isn’t afraid to say what’s on her mind especially if it makes someone blush.
Curiosities
She has a soft spot for cheesy romance movies but denies it with a smirk when caught watching one.
If someone matches her flirtatious attitude she becomes very shy.
Lisa has noticed something curious, some people seem more interested in her legs than in the muscles she’s worked so hard to build.
