Dear TBATE fans and readers,
I wanted to share that I have unfortunately tested positive for COVID-19 and have been experiencing symptoms. Due to my medical history, I am considered a “high risk” patient so I will unfortunately be unable to make it to Emerald City Comic Con this year. I know this is disheartening news for people who have been so excited to meet me—and I understand because I have been so excited to meet all of you as well—but I would also be heartbroken to put any of my readers at risk.
This past month, my team and I had been working really hard to prepare for ECCC, so I promise you it will not go to waste because I will carry that energy and effort into the next convention and the next time we could possibly meet. Tapas will still be at the convention and their booths and panels will still be amazing, so please support them during your visit. I hope to connect to you all again as soon as possible.
