I vote water. I’m assuming that it will give her the ability to create fog (good for stealth and blinding opponents) as well as rain, which should help with electrical attacks.

I would prefer something like shadow or something to add to her active option while in stealth, observation, etc. She's always been the scout/communications support for William. Anything that makes her stand out or draws attention to her would seem to be anathema to her very nature.
