Edit: These abilities have their own drawback and weaknesses that will be revealed, but all of them are still effective in most scenarios, save shadow travel, which is nearly useless in all brightly lit rooms or when the sun is too high.

Honestly if he could make all of these for her that would be best, all of these sound like effects that would come with a full set of armor and weapons.

I like the arsenal. It'd be great. If she has some kind of weapon talent to go with it or her background had some kind of martial training. Otherwise the nail is perfect for crowd control to make easy targets for the Golems.
