I chose existing frame since were still in the lying low phase. All the nomad vehicles are basically modified for desert conditions, so another variant coming out of the badlands would be no big deal.

I wanna say full custom, for the aesthetics alone, but with them trying to stay under the radar, I'm gonna have to go with the frame; Tho' I'm obviously still pumped about him putting as much tech as he can into it, as a full rebuild is still fairly intense

I'm gonna say build a vehicle on an existing frame. Because he's trying to stay under the radar. Having a sweet ride from a manufacturer nobody's ever heard of before or just a straight fully custom job makes you a bigger target. As long as he leaves the exterior alone he can pull off the body, remove the interior then do a complete rework from engine to tail lights. Make the body armored and put it all back together and it looks just like everything else.

Using an existing vehicle will allow him to complete it a lot faster then having it be 100% custom. Plus, I think he would love the idea of a Quadra or Thornton with the ability to take dodown a Basilisk with ease.

Any which way it should probably be camouflaged as a normal car.

Having a custom vehicle will make him stand out, taking a normal vehicle and outfitting it to his needs makes better sense.

maybe he next cars can be fully custom but for his first one and to be able to use is to keep a low profile he should buy the default car model from the game, gut it and make it better than a Caliburn

Going around in a vehicle that's clearly a custom make isn't going to help avoiding attention, if he does go custom it should at least somewhat resemble the stuff on the market
