As many of you have guess, I do intend to have a group of them join up to work alongside the crew. Now you guys get to decide how many. (Ranger is a given and is not counted in this number. )
Some things to keep in mind!
The first option is intentionally small, and if chosen, the story will have a greater focus on individual clones, turning them into a sort of secondary strike team. On the other hand, the larger amounts will have them treated as a group, so like "Ranger and his team" Or "The clones, led by Ranger." They will also have a lot of independence, working on their own missions, where as the strike team will work alongside the rest of the crew much more frequently.
Also keep in mind that with the ten or higher options, the clones will not just be joining as soldiers. Some will want to work with the Skyforged, but might have other training focuses, like pilots or mechanics. The higher the number, the larger percentage of them will be staying at Omega Station or doing other things.

Also, as always, a reminder that I reserve the right to course correct the story if I feel like something doesn't fit. I would very much prefer not to do that, because I really do like working with what you guys vote on, but introducing between five or forty characters is a big enough thing that the option is on the table

They could use all of them, but not sure if more than 10 makes sense. Some want to join the rebellion clones, some want nothing to do with the rebellion. Since he a space wizard and has one clone in his crew I could see some going his way. Put that way he could get a few more than 10.

I'm kind of assuming these clones are more trained towards the logistics/naval side of things. While all clones are trained soldiers, not all of them are 'badass' commandos. They were on a remote resupply station after all. That doesn't make them less useful though since if anything, what they need right now more than anything are trained personnel to help run things. Them also being able to fight is just a bonus really. Wouldn't mind there being a 10 man squad to help pad out the numbers but honestly..? In my personal opinion, I always saw clone foot soldiers as little better than B2 droids unless they were equipped with something a bit extra like a heavy blaster etc. They were certainly vastly superior to B1's but yeah, the average clone was basically just a fleshy droid. However a droid that got better over time. Experience DOES make a difference and the unique stand out clones tended to prove that. Still, they need more members. Experienced members. And these clones are honestly perfect for that role. They'll be able to help train OTHER new members too and provide valuable insights on certain military matters.

Personally, I hope the happy medium wins because the crew DESPERATELY needs more hands on deck, but I also love clone characters in general, so a medium amount with a few joining the main crew while the rest are under Ranger seems like the best balance. Then again, the author is king. I'm just happy to be here.
