So this will be my first comment other than a generic good job! So I will start with good job! I genuinely do enjoy the story. And although sometimes the direction the story takes isn't my favorite, I overall enjoy the story. That being said, I REALLY do not like Sal being nerfed by no longer being able to replicate weaves in his body. I dislike it enough to leave my first negative comment. It feels like backpedaling, like you were worried he was too strong and wanted a way to improve his weave in one way, while restricting Sal in another way. It also makes me wonder if you are setting up a weakness in Sal on purpose, a kryptonite type thing. Sure Sal is op with gear...but slap a dimension lock on arsenal and next thing you know he's helpless and kidnapped by the bastion (a story arc I would personally hate). I still am a fan, and still will trust your storytelling, but it just sits wrong with me. Even if the skill creation ability is improved, the loss of utility makes the overall rating a definite downgrade.

I’m annoyed he hasn’t bothered to get Perfect imprinted yet. It wouldn’t be difficult for him to set aside an hour with quest to get it done. He’s a savior anyways so he earned it. Now though, surely he can use skill paragon to just do it himself? I imagine he’d also be able to remove abilities in the same way he could knot them up before.
