🕑 Added 2024-01-08 00:28:15 +0000 UTCExplore the fluidity of movement with my latest Level II Gyrotonic handle unit work, where each undulation and spiral is a conversation between body and soul. I’ve been a Gyrotonic instructor for almost 23 years and I’ve been doing it for almost 24 years.

Thank you! It’s called Gyrotonic as in “Gyro” for gyroscope and “tonic” because it makes you feel good! 🥰
