I feel like GMS2 is a necessary change from 1.4. The only annoyance I have is the room-editor tab, I wish the tab would not follow me outside the room-editor.

I didn't know the engine had limitation only by the fact that war written with delphi. Interesting video. And to be honest I also feel that the workspace is a little complex looks like more an aesthetic decision than a practical one.
