So CANCELING membership does NOT IMPACT your in game. Head to Settings, click on Membership and cancel the shit out of it if you feel like it. Just not update to a lower tier as that would fuck you over <3

Yeah, taking extra money out of peoples fucking account as "Join fee" for backlog and charge them another time 3 day's later for the first of the month.. I've been a supporter for at least a year and a half. But I can no longer support this project. Seems the money isn't even going to the project and it's been dead for a long time. What a waste, but I will no longer be wasting my money on what seems to have become a scam. What a waste of potential. Maybe I'll return some day when and if this nonsense stops and the project is back on track. I anticipate it's demise, unfortunately.

I was an early Patreon supporter, and have a little stack of credits, but it doesn't show up in my current Neos account (of course). How do I connect those old credits to my current account?

Hi Dominic, your NCR will show up in game on the dashboard, but you need to use the build available at neos.com (not the one available on Steam).
