After obtaining the 3 vases, Ranma, Akane, Ryoga, Shampoo and Mosse go to the mountain of the 3 stones by jumping into the pool of water but turning into bimbos instead of being cured of their curse, parody of chapter 36.
Nabiki takes a potion from old Happosai and grows a penis and the only way to be normal again is to have sex with a woman, so she decides to do it with Ranma in his female version. (No parody/original idea)

Parody of the Fishing Rod of Love story where Ryoga thinks that the Fishing Rod will transfer his curse to Ranma, but Ryoga being Ryoga missed the warning label saying not to use on someone with the same type of curse or curse from the same source or they will merge. So the Rod turns both Ranma and Ryoga turn into Pig Girls.

A few ideas. Happosai hits Ranma with curse that can only be lifted by have sex with a man, so Akane and/or Shampoo use Instant Jusenkyo water to turn into boys to lift the curse. Ryoga finds what he thinks is another Japanese Spring of drowned man, but it turns out to be a Spring of drowned girl and turns him into a Pig girl. Happosai makes a potion to restore his man hood on the Tendo dining table, while he is distracted by the TV one of the Tendo sisters takes it instead turning them into a Futanari. Mousse finds a bit of magic that he thinks will cure his curse, instead it turns him into a Duck girl because his cursed form is female and he misunderstood what the magic was supposed to do.

I remember also seeing Ranma and few others transform on devianart, due to a cursed pearl or otherwise falling in the wrong pool, into mermaids or merfolk. Maybe something alongside those lines???
