RE:Curse 0.2 public version
🕑 Added 2023-08-18 01:07:12 +0000 UTCRE:Curse 0.2 is now out for the public.
Here is the changelog:
You now have a bit more freedom, there's a main story, but as you progress through it you'll unlock different options:
-Summon demons to assist you (only one so far)
-Create defenses against the ever-increasing attacks coming your way
-Capture humans (and in future updates attack their villages)
-Transform your prisoners into servants (only one option at present)
A new scene as also been added.
The aim is that, in the future, story progression will be limited by the progress of your dungeon (e.g. you'll need an army big enough to attack the next village, having unlocked such and such a spell, etc.).
There have been changes in the UI, I'm still not satisfied with the result, but at least it allows new features to be used.
I've also added an autosave system: every time you have a game over, a save will be made, allowing you to keep track of your skills and story progress.
Unfortunately, I didn't manage to add a system to allow the game to run when it's in the background, but that's for the next update.
Anyway, I hope you'll enjoy it, so don't hesitate to send me your feedback, I'll read it with care.
Please be well,
GratuitousLove.
