My suggestion I had made before is that it be hisato and be a continuous hentai story where she leaves her husband to go with her boss who ends up getting her pregnant and marrying her. Another option I have is that her boss also calls hisato to work overtime in which she gets fucked by other members of the office and ends up being pregnant.
