Phlaxian reproduction: Males group ejavulate into breeding pools. Females bathe in the pools while gestating an egg formed from multiple male DNA (big eggs mean an unusually expandable & strong vaginal canal). They lay the eggs in clusters within the pool. There’s a bit about it in the Kex fantasies (the first time you meet her) but will eventually be a Xenobiology lecture :)
