This is honestly unprecedented! I don't believe we've yet seen the day that Oversimplified needs 3 whole videos to explain a war, conflict, or event...until now that is.
The First Punic War he covered was long and had so much detail. But the Second Punic War was even more so. Heck, Oversimplified needed a third video because there was that much happening!
In any case Hannibal's tale is much more fascinating than I ever anticipated. I never really learned about this in school so a vast majority of this was completely unfamiliar to me. But learning about Hannibal's war with the Roman Empire was, well, unprecedented, if you don't mind me using the word again. And while I do apologize for the lack of commentary compared to so many other videos, I hope it's enjoyable nonetheless!

Seeing oversimplified do the Punic wars make me wish Koei Tecmo (those responsible for the Dynasty warriors and Samurai warriors series) make a warriors game based on the Punic wars (you can even call it Punic Warriors!)
