A popular health group I have led over the years is Sugar Detox. There are so many benefits to getting sugars out of our diets! Sugar is highly inflammatory and can be the root cause of many dis-eases! Unfortunately, sugar is in so many foods that before we know it, we are consuming far more than our bodies can handle.
If you want to join us, we start Aug 19th. It will be run through Zoom (Pastor Jim and I are co-hosting and that is where our group meetings will be). We have a private group on Facebook as well. I am taking a donation of $25 which will be entirely given to a wonderful cause. It's 21 days and you can do the easy (Hello Kitty) version or the Hard Core version.
