🕑 Added 2022-02-14 22:31:37 +0000 UTCPhotoMosh Pro is really good for effects like these. I've been using it non stop on recent gifs and illustrations I've been making. Before buying it, I was using Paint.NET which is very good but PM allows for more wacky edits.
I've also been playing around with masks and textures on Flash. Adding a watercolour Overlay texture is what gave it this painted look that's reminiscent of Kirby Mass Attack's illustrations.

Among many other effect, yep. The VHS, bad TV effect has always been one I liked, though so there will be more of that

The only copy I have is on my WiiU lol I need to dust off that old thing and play more. I'm very pleased with this background, this episode was just me unlocking new abilities, hahaha!
