It's Figment the dragon from Disney EPCOT's Journey into Imagination ride attraction. Fully fan-made character model and Unity avatar project for VRChat, ready for immediate upload! Avatar is configured with PhysBones and some animation emotes.
The project can be opened in the Unity Hub, do not create a new project. Simply extract the Unity folder and open the project from your drive in Unity Hub. Also included are resource files, such as base textures and a Blender project.
This model is freely available under creative commons. I do not claim copyrights to the character this model is inspired from, neither is this model officially from Disney. You may freely share and distribute the files under the strict condition that you may NOT sell or repurpose the model for profit or public commercial use, examples that are forbidden like paid asset marketplaces or 3D prints for sale.
