October Release 1: Ruins Of Grunvyr - The Untouched Cave
🕑 Added 2023-10-24 01:40:10 +0000 UTCHi Guys,
RELEASE VIDEO: https://youtu.be/Zh_pclkBPpw
Sorry for the lateness of this release. This has been a crazy busy month for me. Got back from vacation and promptly got covid over the holiday weekend (not terrible, but distracting). Got a new car and sold the old. And.... fiiiiiiiiiinally got my free module release with Foundry. No new scenes, but hopefully others like some of the scenes I shared :) I am so happy to have that off my to-do-list. It's been a slog and taken up a bunch of my time.
On to the new content - The Untouched Cave and Connections scene for the ruins of Grunvyr series. It isn't one of the cooler scenes in the series, but kind of a necessary one to set up the next scenes I have planned. I didn't provide a Journal guide to this one as it is really quite simple. I'll go over the details in the release video (hopefully tomorrow).
As it wasn't a super exciting scene, I cut out the Untouched Cave and included it as a stand alone scene. Thought you might get some utility out of it. I always make exits in my scenes for cave entrances and the like. I thought it might be useful there - like from the Stretch of River cave variation or the Roadside Copse cave variation.
Also, I've collated all the maps of Grunvyr into one scene and labelled the different sub scenes so hopefully it will be easier for you to navigate :). It's crazy - I didn't realize this thing was 10 levels already (actually maybe 11 as I combined some of the Mountain Entrance into one level). I know a few of you have been requesting this for a while and you should get some good use out of it. If there any suggestions to improve the map let me know. Quick buttons to open scenes from the overall map? Key location markers? I'll try to update it as I go.
Lastly, I updated the Fragmenter rewards to note that I will most likely be using Clip Studio Paint going forward. I'm able to do much more with that software and think it is worth the extra effort. However, for those of you using dungeondraft you may not be as interested in this tier anymore (as well as Grand Ruiners).
Hope you guys like it!!
