June Release II: Hilly Road
🕑 Added 2023-07-01 23:08:08 +0000 UTCHi Guys,
This release brings in the Hilly Road scene. Originally this was meant to be a variation of the Forgotten Watchtower, but that was overly ambitious by me and honestly probably would have bloated that scene.
So instead I've made it into its own scene.
Hilly Road depicts a road running through rough hills. A bridge still crosses the stream and is alterable via the transform button. Beneath the larger hill hides a cave, which has various options - empty, camp, lair, mushrooms and forgotten cellar.
For Foundry users, these can be selected via buttons in the margin. Sounds and images shift, as well as the walls and doors. I've also added a small sound to play each time you select a variation - to help you know that your click did something.
Next month I'll be releasing the Farmstead on Fire - a farm with options to make it burning as though under attack. And the second release will be decided by you - check out the patreon vote here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/july-patreon-85398468 . If you have other suggestions let me know :)
Hope you like it!

This is really cool. I do want to say though it'd be great if you had preview images on your posts, so someone browsing can see the map the post is about. The video is cool, but harder to browse and sort through when you're trying to find something specific. I'm more likely to scroll past your post on my feed than if I saw a version of the map first. Again your work is great, just giving feedback based on my browsing habits of other map makers on patreon.
