I posted this on your Youtube reaction, but the Aunt adopts Slightly because Tink whispers his name in her ear and she glows with happiness. It doesn't mean Slightly is her LITERAL child. It means she instantly realized he was her adopted child -- she is now his mother, he is now her son. Happy endings for all! So glad you reacted to this movie, which is for me by far the most beautiful and poetic of any Peter Pan movie ever.

I'm so glad u watched this! This was my favorite movie growing up, I wore out the DVD so my parents had to buy me another one, and Peter was definitely my first crush so this movie holds a special place in my heart. The music, the visuals, the story... everything is so well done and so magical. Ugh I love this movie still to this day. And you are totally right, it is definitely underrated. It's so good

This adaptation of Peter Pan is so successful and touching. I'm so glad you discovered it! The soundtrack is particularly impressive. In fact, Tinker Bell is played by a fantastic French actress, Ludivine Sagnier.
