It was like sometime in the past year the world had gone mad and everything was coming crashing down on her shoulders.

Lavender had no idea whether the rumors were valid or if the person she had come to see would still be operating at this time of the night. All Lavender had to go on was a little faith. Fortunately, she didn't have to wait long as her question was answered by someone opening the door from the inside.

And if you're just looking for your next piece of gossip, then I'm afraid you're wasting both of our time. So, if you need something, then tell me. Otherwise, you should leave. "OK, Potter. I need something to help me relax. You know, something that won't let me think about any serious stuff for a while. Do you have something here with you that would help me?" Lavender asked Harry in an optimistic voice.
"Sure. I have just the right thing," Harry said as he withdrew a sparkling blue vial from the bag placed at his feet. "Drink a quarter of it tonight. It should easily give you a full six hours of sleep. More than enough to get you fresh and energized for the exam in the morning." Harry explained as he shook the vial enticingly.

Lavender smiled a huge smile. "That's perfect. I'll take some of those pills."

"Sure. Go on. I don't mind." Lavender answered back easily as she handed Harry the money and quickly downed two of the pills.
"Why do you want to use drugs to feel relaxed? There's lots of other things that are much better." Harry stated matter-of-factly as he deposited the eight galleons in the pouch hanging on his belt.
