At 38 and following having 2 acute strokes in summer 23, I would happily go beck to being 31 to 35 again. Definitely was at my most confident in my own skin and in my job and personal life. I would hate to be a teenager again, my twenties were ok. You really made me think about that one! Lauren and John are adorable together โค๏ธ

I attended a middle school production of "Tuck Everlasting" last night. I thought of this interview while watching a 17-y-o immortal attempt to convince the lead character to "drink the water" at 17 and become immortal herself -- at 17! I asked my 45-y-o daughter what age she she would choose. She said she wouldn't want to be immortal, but she played along. Perhaps 45, but she wasn't sure. At 75, I was thinking 60, for physical strength reasons. However, 75 without the creaks would be better. But Lori? My guess is that she would think 17 just right!

Lori seems to have a lot of native intelligence. She's just delusional and arrogant. We're seeing all of this displayed in her trial.

This is a random comment that has nothing to do with the episode, but if I donโt write this now my menopause brain will delete it permanently. This is THE BEST โTRUE CRIMEโ PODCAST OUT THERE!!! The title โtrue crimeโ doesnโt do it justice. That describes the cookie cutter Crime Junkie Audio Chuck - crap - garbage - phony - inauthentic - barely researched - fiction that is produced by 99% of the podcast hosts out there. You both do a stellar, phenomenal, exceptional job. I NEVER join Patreon, and I actually canโt even believe I just did!! It demonstrates how impressed and incredible you are! Jen from Long Island is giving you a standing ovation!!!

Lauren, just a fyi. Research Annie Elise and the Michael Long case. She supported a man that kidnapped his child and escaped the country. He also made false statements against his ex-wife. I will no longer listen to her in any capacity.

Loved John's closing message - if we choose to go deeper into understanding ourselves and humanity there is always more to learn, more to explore and more to share with others. I admire John's ability to "stare into the abyss" and hold onto the beauty in life. Love HTC.
