Story: Captured and Enraptured Pt 4

Aside from the weight, it was likely that they were rather annoyed with Lanna from her thrashing that nearly caused the cage to fall. The blanket overtop was whisked off and Lanna's vision flooded with bright, natural light. She squinted her eyes until they could adjust.
After setting down the cage, it seemed that the other men had gone elsewhere. Only the masked man was still there. He dropped to a crouch, resting his forearms on his thighs and looked at Lanna for a moment. In the brightness of the room, she could nearly make out the shape of his eyes through the dark lenses, the shadow of his brow giving them dimension. He unlatched the door of the cage and straightened up. The man turned his back and began collecting items off of a small hall table. Lanna took this opportunity to try the restraints once more. The metal clinked as she moved. The skimask-man crossed his arms and looked over his shoulder, leaning back slightly as he did. The gesture looked almost playful, Lanna thought.
He produced a set of keys, a baby pink satin leash, and a pair of large white padded mittens from the table. He held them up for Lanna to see before kneeling down next to the cage. It was chilly inside the air conditioning compared to the heat of the van with all of those men around. Lanna could feel the sensation of her nipples becoming hard, and goosebumps forming on her exposed chest. The man seemed to notice this, and ran his fingers gently down from her neck, between her breasts, and over her ribs. Her flesh quivered under his caress, the sensation nearly a tickle, but not. Lanna turned her body away as well as she could, shifting her shoulders.
He grabbed her wrist closest to him and unlocked the mini padlock which secured the cuff to the cage. Lanna struggled to free her wrist from his hands now that her wrist was no longer attached to the bars, but the man responded by tightening his grip, now vice-like. She let out a small yelp and the man looked at her dead on for a moment, not loosening his grip.
He undid the buckle on the cuff and let it fall to the ground inside the cage. He then grabbed one of the padded mittens and slid it over Lanna's hand, securing it in place with the padlock. The man released his grip, moved the keys, leash, and remaining mitten to the floor of the cage, and leaned fully over Lanna to reach her other wrist. Defiantly, she shoved him hard straight in the chest, causing him to hit his back against the short wire wall framing the top of the cage door. Quickly, he grabbed Lanna's arm and pinned it under his knee, purposefully placing a majority of his weight on it. Lanna could feel the blood pumping in her forearm, losing circulation under the pressure.
The man in the mask continued his work. He unhooked the chains on the collar and connected the leash. He grasped Lanna's other wrist, far too tightly once again, and removed the remaining cuff, replacing it with the mitten. He then took the keys to the outside of the cage and undid the locks connecting her ankles to the bars.
The man stood at the foot of the cage, arms crossed. When Lanna looked at him, the man pointed to the ground at his feet. Lanna understood that he intended for her to crawl out of the cage to him, now that she was no longer bound in place.
But Lanna would do no such thing. Realizing that the man would not be able to easily force her out of the kennel, Lanna extended her arms and legs against the sides of the cage and attempted to make it impossible to remove her. She ignored the jabbing in her feet from the spiked insoles of the slippers and stared at her kidnapper with a defiant look.
"Your move," she thought.
His move indeed. The skimasked-man worked his way around the bottom edge of the kennel pushing and pulling on the walls with a clanging of metal. What was he doing? His behavior was perplexing, but he had clearly planned for this exact scenario. Before standing up straight, he gave a finger gun, clicking his tongue. Lanna scoffed at the gesture. How could this man, this kidnapper, take this all so lightly! Goofing around, while he was holding her captive, naked, diapered, and gagged in an unfamiliar place. Everything felt so surreal. It was a terrifying situation, but these moments of levity made everything feel less lethal at the very least.
The man straightened from his crouch and curled the fingers of both of his gloved hands through the wire top of the cage. With one quick motion, he pulled the entire assembly off of the base and tossed it off to the side with a crash. He put his fist on his hip and lifted his chin, tilting his head slightly to one side, seemingly admiring his work. The man looked very proud of himself.
Lanna was left lying there, helpless and exposed. She felt so vulnerable. Her eyes started to burn with restrained tears. Feeling a sense of urgency, Lanna got to her feet, hoping to run. On her first step, her foot came down hard on the spikes inside her booties and she cried out in pain. Lanna fell to her hands and knees, unable to stand with the spikes jabbing into the soles of her feet. The skimask-man stepped on the small of her back, pushing her flat to the ground. The man kept his foot there, pinning her down as he reached for the leash. He turned her collar so that the D ring was towards him and pulled, craning Lanna's neck into an uncomfortable position. She tried to push off the ground, but he pressed his boot harder into her back and gave a tug on the leash.
