As many of you complainning the performance of CL7 accord is too OP
and with the fact that I didn't let sleepy zhong tune the car for me (cuz at that time he was too busy to do it)
so RN I am gonna let zhong do his work nerfing the CL7 and put it back to a more reasonable level.
also I made some improvement of the CL7 3d model as well as fixing some bugs.
