Ok, so I did a lot of googling, I found the mystery logo at 1:13! It’s called the GCTS. Which stands for, jesus fucking christ, the “GSO [“GCC (“Gulf Cooperation Council”) Standardization Organization”] Conformity Tracking Symbol” used by the Arab states of the Persian Gulf. And I’m still not entirely certain I typed all the nested abbreviations correctly.
