Have you tried making your own hot sauce?? Fermenting chillies is so easy! I made a sauce recently out of scotch bonnets and bird eyes with a bit of red onion and garlic. Let sit in brine in an air tight container for a week (releasing built up pressure daily), then blend and you have a delicious sauce.

I have a great vegan pizza idea that I adore. - Aldi dough (roll them out, 1/2 a dough + fries = 1 portion) - Pizza sauce (I dunno, blend tomato + garlic) - Vegan bacon - Aldi smoked tofu + soy sauce + garlic/paprika - maybe some vegan cheese? - pineapple (controversial)?? They take like 15 mins in the oven. Enjoy

That's such a coincidence, I had a 'fun' encounter with exactly those chillis last week! I decided to make a white chili from some recipe I found online, and it called for a big jar of green chilis. As those jarred chilis don't usually tend to be very spicy, I put TWO WHOLE JARS of the stuff in a six-portion chili... I had my third portion last night and after a small adventure on the toilet this morning I've concluded that, no matter how much I hate throwing away food, I will not finish the rest of what's in my freezer. I don't mind spice at all, but that stuff needs to be handled with care!

Doing several pizzas on different trays at the same time will lead to differently cooked ones with the lower one being more cooked from the bottom and the upper one being more cooked from the top, assuming you don't have a fancy hot air oven.
