I would like to mention I haven’t watched an episode of Doctor Who since Clara left (no particular reason, just haven’t) and neither have I watched Picard. The most Star Trek I’ve watched is about half a season of Voyager and some of the new films, though I don’t remember which. Still, I download these the second they’re released cause I just like listening to you two talk shit for 2 hours

The early conversation makes me glad that I grew up at exactly the right time to have experienced the fusion of kids being really open now, and also the terrible closed up culture at the same time, so we could be really open about our feelings, but it had to be framed exclusively as jokes and exaggerations for a joke because otherwise you got called gay. and also it was more okay that you got called gay because at some point we just kinda started accepting LGBT people.
