🕑 Added 2024-06-25 20:04:51 +0000 UTCHas anyone had a chance to see it yet? I don't get to until Thursday. Will try and get my review out as soon as possible. Either that night or surely by afternoon on Friday.

Saw it about a month ago and loved it! It’s the most Yorgos Lanthimos film since Dogtooth, in my opinion. Three completely absurd stories that intersect ala Altman’s Short Cuts. What’s not to like?!

Just saw it. I really liked it, especially the mood of it all. It feels like a horror movie but a slow building one. I also really loved the cinematography and New Orleans aesthetic. I had a headache when it was over, but in the best way. 8.5/10

Saw it Sunday and had a blast. It’s not a top 3 Yorgos but it’s still super impressive to me that he’s been so consistent for so long

I haven’t seen it yet but I’m going with some friends to Asheville, NC (have to drive an hour away from my Tennessee city of 70k people) on Friday night. I’ve been hearing that it’s a more divisive Yorgos like before The Favourite, which is super exciting. Plus, I think Stone and Plemmons are easily two of the best of their generation.

Here in Greece it has opened about a month ago, he's Greek afterall and he asked to show it here earlier. It's probably his best movie but back to it's roots: weird as s@@t, kind of David Lynch directing a Stanley Kubrick script written for Twilight Zone! Very raw, very weird, very violent yet funny! Not for the faint at heart but if someone likes his early Greek movies gonna love it. Beware: VERY disturbing content

Haven’t yet but I heard this one is def for the people who miss the old Yorgos. Also, heard it described as a “High-brow Twilight Zone: The Movie”

I think I'm getting it here this weekend. It's my most anticipated film of the year
