The third act wasn't as great as I would've hoped. But I also loved a lot about it. And I want to see the film again, because I could see it all working for me more, now that I've absorbed it all.

I actually prefer this over Fury Road. I thought the action in Fury Road was extremely monotonous and had a weird mix of self seriousness and camp. Whereas Furiosa feels legitimately operatic and the comedy is more self aware

That's true. Another rarity is you didn't say anything negative about the third act for a blockbuster. That's a once in a blue moon right there.

Having heard Jeremy Jahns review, the only thing that concerns me is the overuse of CGI. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the film and intend to see the film in theaters in a couple of weeks.

Ooo that's great to hear! Honestly a future video idea could be about how trailers just suck now. It's so rare a trailer actually does a good job getting me into the movie. The Challengers trailer for example just made it look so trashy. This one was the worst though I swear! Even with Anya Taylor in it I wasn't sold at all. I'll definitely see it though!
