Ranch is similar, ratia is Indian, uncle joey a puts blue cheese on his wings, could that work in a sandwich?

Hm interesting. I could see it. Yes naturally ranch cools it down when it's just wings but, I dont think it would work as well on the sandwich, which means you gotta alter some things.

I will say that I am probably more into these than you are; but regardless I feel like buffalo chicken is where you start approaching is-this-even-considered-a-sandwich territory. Usually there’s only, like, three ingredients, and most buffalo chicken sandwiches don’t even have any condiments, since the sauce is so overpowering. It’s basically just chicken wings-bones+brioche bun

I’m not the biggest fan of buffalo sauce to begin with. The ones I’ve had have been too sour and vinegary. I’d much rather get a spicy chicken or BBQ brisket sandwich.

Personally, I can't stand spicy food of any kind. I don't like any foods that make me have to get a drink of water to get rid of the painful burning feeling in my mouth. Being a sports fan as long as I have means seeing Buffalo Wild Wings ads constantly which I guess is great for hanging out with friends to watch a game on their big screen tvs (I'd love to be at one the next time a Detroit team wins a big playoff game or a championship for the incredible atmosphere) but the food there isn't anything to write home about. I went to a BWW a grand total of once ever and haven't been back since.

This is why you might be the best YouTuber ever ! Lol. Myself, I don't eat buffalo too often. Yea, I could see that the concept is bigger then the sandwich itself. So I get it. The sandwich insists upon itself.

A cucumber and mint yoghurt ratia, could make it work for me My problem with buffalo wings is the obovious incongruity, it conjures in my mind. I know its geographical. But it don't matter, buffalo's should not have wings.
