A promise he thought would be easy to keep because you were never interested in him anyway, right? So now all he needs is for you to never admit your feelings. Because if you do, he won’t be able to stop himself from kissing you. If you do, he will have to choose between keeping the promise he made to his best friend, or finally tasting the woman he’s wanted for so many years.
