Maybe looks odd because it was added in the end of the picture. :v

The cloth looks really weird. I don't think the indention in the cloth for the cheeks needs to be so emphasized. Perhaps if it was wider it wouldn't look as odd. Just looks like an ill fitting pair of underwear at first.
