🕑 Added 2018-02-19 04:58:15 +0000 UTC From a very old sketch, from a serie of draws I made of the characters posing... on generic poses, some in yoga, others like you know, whatever. So I decided pain that one. For finish quickly the background I put the grass... but after finished the picture I noticed it looks sad... so I added a pair of mountains. :3However I still finding a problem the grass, I like it but something on the perspective I don´t like with this new one. Today I made an experiment, and it can work for in case I make pictures on flat colors, is a "cheap" alternative. But for now, that´s all, Gobo posing on the nowhere.

Tomado de un viejo boceto que hice con varios personajes modelando de una forma más natural y en algunos casos haciendo yoga. En este caso aparece Gobo solo. Como vi el fondo muy simplón le agregué unas montañas.
Sigo teniendo problemas con el nuevo efecto de hierba, me gusta pero hay cosas que no me gustan, sobretodo cuando estoy con el asunto de la perspectiva. Hoy estuve haciendo unas pruebas de un efecto para la hierba para dibujos con colores sólidos, es una alternativa barata y se ve bien, aunque, bueno, eso sería en caso de que me ponga a hacer dibujos menos trabajos, igual no se, por ahora seguiré experimentando.

Mmm, about the flat... not in this picture, I am doing some experiments, maybe I will post it, but for now I am very busy. :v

I also think the lack of the mountains makes the image look like its missing something. The addition of the mountains makes that small layer of green w/o the grass texture blend more. I think the grass looks better in this photo. It doesn't look like a repeating stamp with your attempt to alternate the blades in distant locations. Keep experimenting with the blur tool and the grass stamp. Is this the flat shading you were talking about from last text post? The pose is a good pose as well. I like it personally because it shows the character is comfortable. They're closed in and relaxed making it more appealing to the viewer. The comfort isn't explicit it's just the right balance.
