For some reason, Apple will take a fee, which means that iOS devices will have different pricing for Patreon shop and membership (30% increase) . However, creators can choose to not change the price and earn less. I'll be doing the latter, I think it's very unfair of them to do this x(
Changes are supposed to be done on November, so you'll probably receive an email or be notified by other artists you support.

I don't even know, I guess the app store wants to take some more money, but this platform could take care of that instead of passing the problem to users...

What? But why OS used would be of any impact of what is donated, either on side of donor or receiver?? That's like saying "everyone named Jim has to pay an additional 30% tax"...

But this is still something you could circumvent by managing your membership through the browser, right? I don't find it fair that there's a platform tax for what's effectively a recurring donation
