The second most voted character will be re-run in the next poll to give it another chance to compete to win (up to two times per option total)
Options that are re-run will have (RERUN) OR (FINAL RERUN) next to their name depending on how many times they have appeared in previous polls.
(Characters can only be RERUN twice, afterwards they will be removed if they fail to win)
If there is a tie between options, I will select one at random.
Characters who are listed here could possibly be re-entered into future polls or made into future packs EVEN if they fail to be rerun or are a selected winner. This gives all characters multiple chances to re-visit community votes whether they are popular or not.
