A naughty glint would certainly be fitting. Or a hint of a smirk. Though as a werwolf (sona) I can attest that a quite pervy monster might also be hiding beneath a completely unsuspicious outer. The gentleman by day / in the public, monster and perv by night / behind closed doors type. ;)
I always wanted for Milo to be like....the gentleman monster, but I'm kind of feeling like perhaps I went a little more gentleman on this one than I would like. I'd like to add in a little bit of a naughty glint in his eye if I can. He (I) am a perv after all.

Based on the WIP I'd say you are on a good track for a nice portrait. Looking good with the contrast between proper attire and more individualistic hair style.
