So I already was tier 3, then I saw this and looked, there were a few lockes for me, so I cancelled and re-pledged at tier 3, everything except for past polls are unlocked, but I was charged again, idk if I was charged the full $10 again though

I think its because you changed the price of the 3rd tier. I only clicked to edit pledge and joined again. 😁
